RETURN POLICIES, REFUNDS and ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Passarelli Biancheria guarantees full satisfaction with your purchase and if you change your mind, no problem.  

You can decide to return any product purchased on passarellibiancheria.com  within 14 days from the delivery date . (from art. 52 to art. 59 Consumer Code))

HERE'S HOW:

  •  1 -  You can independently make the return request, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods , from the dashboard of your account. ( Make sure to observe the points on how to proceed especially point 3 )

  •  2 -  Make sure of the return conditions.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING NON-DEROGABLE CONDITIONS:

  • the product is in the same condition in which you received it;

  • the purchased product is in its entirety, complete in all its parts; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. sheet, pillowcases, etc.);

  • the product has not been used, washed or tampered with;

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • the product must not have any tags removed or missing.

  • in the event of a partial return of a purchase with a BUNDLE Discount (purchase of products together with a discount) the returned product will be counted towards the one paid, while the one retained will be counted towards the full price (NOT DISCOUNTED) therefore the amount of the difference will be withheld from the refund to be issued for the returned product.

  • Embroidered products are unique and personalized. For this reason they cannot be returned. 

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above,  the withdrawal/refund will not be effective and the customer will be required to collect the product at his own expense.

  •  3  - The product to be returned must be returned ( delivered to the seller ) within Seven (7) days from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract (Execute the Return) and in any case NOT later than 21 Days from the order (14 + 7) . Make sure you have requested the return correctly within the time frame provided ( 14 Days from receipt of the goods ) in full autonomy and to receive regular confirmation / authorization .
    If there is no confirmation of the return request, it means that the communication has NOT taken place, therefore we recommend that you call or forward another message and receive correct confirmation and authorization of the return.
    If you do not receive communication and authorization from the seller, the presumed message sent is null. 

  •  4  - The product must not be damaged and must have its original packaging.

  •  5  - The product must have its receipt which is given to the customer inside the package

  •  6 - The product(s) must not have been tampered with, altered and/or washed.

  •  7 -  If there is a partial return and a promotion related to the purchase of the entire amount has been used, this promotion will be CANCELLED upon return. Example on free shipping at €70 . 

    •  7-1 - Ex.1 Maintains the Promo.
      Cart purchase €100 for 2 products (€70+€30) if the customer wants to return the €30 product then the promo will be kept active even though a partial refund has been made.
      7- 2 - Ex.2 Does not maintain the Promo
      Cart purchase €100 for 2 products (€70+€30) if the customer wants to return the €70 product then he will not be able to take advantage of free shipping and the shipping amount (€5.99 for Italy) will be retained on the refund amount.

 

  •  8 -  Return at your own expense and responsibility to PASSARELLI BIANCHERIA via Adige 19/21, 81100, Caserta (CE)

We remind you that the products purchased are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity issued by the manufacturer pursuant to the relevant Community legislation.

REIMBURSEMENT

Once the good condition of the returned products has been verified,  the entire amount paid to Passarelli Biancheria will be returned to you, the return costs to send us the goods are at your expense, competence and responsibility;
The cost for managing the return is completely free.

We usually accept returns within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse; after acceptance we will request a refund from the institution where the customer made the payment for the purchase of the product.

 

REFUND TIMES VARY BASED ON THE PAYMENT METHOD CHOSEN:

Credit Card : Our bank will refund you within 14 working days of receiving the products (if all the parameters are met by the customer). The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on the card issuing institution.
For security reasons we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for the purchase.

PayPal : the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 14 working days of receiving the products (where all the parameters are respected by the customer)
In case of Return with purchase made with PayPal, the collection commission (estimated around 4%) will NOT be returned, which they do NOT return to the Merchant. Therefore, before making a purchase or return, evaluate this option.
Then the amount paid minus the commissions will be returned to you.
(Eg. €100-4% (withheld commissions) Total €96)

Bank Transfer : The refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal account to be indicated to Customer Service. The refunded amount will be visible on the bank statement within  14  working days of receipt of the products (where all parameters are respected by the customer) .

Cash on delivery : the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal account to be indicated to Customer Service. The refunded amount will be visible on the bank statement within  14  working days of receipt of the products (where all parameters are respected by the customer) .

 

PRE-SHIPMENT ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

  • In case of order cancellation before shipment, payment commission fees (PayPal) will NOT be refunded (currently PayPal commissions are 4%)

  • In case of order cancellation before shipment with payment by credit card, Scalapay, Klarna, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

  • In case of order cancellation before shipment with payment by bank transfer, you will be charged/withheld the amount for issuing the bank transfer for the refund of the same.
